When the three-digit security code is unreadable, can I call the Lottery to get the numbers?

No. The ticket will need to be mailed to the Claims Department for reconstruction by the KLC Security Department.  Mail to: 
Kentucky Lottery, Claims Department 100, Louisville Kentucky 40287.
