How to Play
- Each Mega Millions play costs $1.
- Choose five white balls (1 - 56) and one Mega Ball (1 - 46) using the play slip or ask the clerk for Quick Pick.
- You can choose up to 5 plays on each play slip.
- Choose the number of drawings you want to play. You can choose to play 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 16 consecutive drawings per play.
- For an additional $1 per play, add Megaplier to your Mega Millions purchase to multiply your Mega Millions winnings.
- Total ticket cost is the total amount wagered multiplied by the "NUMBER OF DRAWS" selected.

Jackpot Prize
The Jackpot Prize will be paid, at the election of the player made no later than 60 days after the player becomes entitled to the prize, with either a per winner annuity* or cash payment. The amount of the annuity and the amount of the cash payment will be determined by the official game rules. The Jackpot Prize will be divided equally among all winning Jackpot Prize tickets. If the annuity prize is elected, the player will receive twenty-six (26) equal annual installments. If the cash value option is elected, the player will receive a single lump sum cash payment which will be less than the annuity amount. Claiming your Kentucky Mega Millions/Megaplier Prize
To claim a prize, sign the back of your winning ticket. Prizes may be claimed the next business day after the drawing. Prizes up to $600 may be redeemed at any Kentucky Lottery Mega Millions retailer. Prizes up to $5,000 may be claimed at any authorized cashing agent or by mailing your winning ticket and a completed claim form (available at any Lottery retailer) to the Kentucky Lottery Corporation, Claims Dept. 100, Louisville, KY 40287-0001. Prizes up to $25,000 may be claimed at selected Kentucky Lottery Regional Offices, and prizes over $25,000 must be claimed at the Kentucky Lottery Headquarters at 1011 West Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202.
Prizes must be claimed within 180 days after the drawing date. Prizes of $50 or higher that are claimed more than 90 days after the drawing date must be claimed at Lottery Headquarters or Regional Office if under $25,000.
Rules
Claims relating to Kentucky Mega Millions and Megaplier are governed by Kentucky law and the official rules and regulations and procedures for Mega Millions and Megaplier, which contain the sole and exclusive remedy for such claims. Complete game rules are available from the Kentucky Lottery Corporation upon request. A play slip DOES NOT constitute evidence of a winning ticket or the numbers selected; players MUST present a valid ticket in order to claim a prize. Players must be at least 18 years old to play.
